Bachelor's degree in Communication, she worked for more than 7 years in clients relationships & negotiations for several companies.
She has a passion for human interactions, public speaking, mindfulness & personal development.
She mastered her skills with theater performances, improvisations course, screen acting diploma international talks & she gives speeches with Toastmaster at London Business school.
For 7 years, she practised Drama techniques & Meditation, she studied, “Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction” & health coaching at CNM, reinforced her holistic skills with 200 hours of yoga teacher training and she hold certificate at the royal central school of speech and drama for Public speaking skills.
Over the last years, she created her own public speaking business, she sets a 12-week coaching experience, public speaking day retreat & she speaks for you with tailored topics for your event or/and workshop.
