Meet Hélène

Hi, I’m Hélène, a London-based motivational speaker and founder of Alphazenitude.

After a decade spent managing client relationships in the corporate world, I opened Alphazenitude’s doors in 2022 to help others get more out of their relationships through public speaking, mindfulness and personal development.

I’ve coached individuals and corporations to improve their public speaking skills, have studied health coaching at CNM, and hold a Public Speaking certificate from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
